We’ve all heard of the Myers-Briggs Personality test, and perhaps some of us have even taken it ourselves. For anyone who is into personal development and finding out everything they can about themselves, this is a great thing to do with some spare time, along with reading self-help and non-fiction books and learning about different personality traits. As the website says, the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator is designed to “make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives”.
We’re all huge fans of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, and it’s fun to think about what their personality traits would be. Read on to find out the Myers-Briggs personality types of the Kardashian-Jenners.
We don’t see a lot of Rob Kardashian, but thankfully, his sister has talked about him and given us a window into his personality. According to a Peoplemagazine story about the tough times that Rob Kardashian has gone through in the past few years, Khloe Kardashian had some really sweet things to say about her brother. She said, “Rob is such a great guy. He’s charming, charismatic, everything”.
How Khloe describes Rob definitely sounds like this description of the Myers Briggs personality type ENFP: Warmly enthusiastic and imaginative.
We know that Brody Jenner once appeared on the MTV reality series The Hills but might not know much about him.
As we can see from an interview he did with E! News, he’s also very introspective. He talked about his family and says, “Growing up, we had two completely separate lives.” Of Caitlyn Jenner, he said, “There have been a lot of things that have been difficult to deal with, but ultimately it’s not about me, it’s Caitlyn. Now Caitlyn is in a much happier place. And you only have one life and it’s very short and I think you should be who you are.”
This sounds like the Myers Brigg personality type INFJ: “Seek meaning and connection in ideas, relationships, and material possessions. Want to understand what motivates people and are insightful about others.”
Caitlyn Jenner has become a trans rights advocate and has been interviewed many times about her journey and experience. According to a Bustle story that includes quotes from her memoir, I Am Cait, she has said many things that are truly inspiring. One of those quotes includes “I have such a responsibility. I hope I get it right.” and “We’re going to make a difference in this world, that’s my mission.”
Based on how she is fighting for rights and talking about important issues, we could say that she’s an ENTJ on the Myers Brigg personality type indicator which has these qualities “Frank, decisive, assume leadership readily.”
We just had to include Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West’s adorable daughter, North. Many of us love seeing photos of the fashionable little girl, and we have to say that when it comes to what her Myers Briggs personality is, it would be INFP.
Why? We have most likely all seen the moment when she told the paparazzi“No pictures!” Based on that adorable and smart moment, we can say that she fits the personality description: “Idealistic, loyal to their values and to people who are important to them.” She knows that she didn’t want her photo taken and she went after what she wanted.
Now we have momager and mama bear Kris Jenner. It goes without saying that her Myers Briggs personality has to show how great she is when it comes to her various business endeavors. She is very involved with her children and the things that everyone is accomplishing.
She sounds just like ESTJ: “Practical, realistic, matter-of-fact. Decisive, quickly move to implement decisions. Organize projects and people to get things done, focus on getting results in the most efficient way possible. Take care of routine details. Have a clear set of logical standards, systematically follow them and want others to also. Forceful in implementing their plans.”
We know that Kendall Jenner is a successful and fabulous model and that she always seems like she stays out of the spotlight.. at least when compared to her famous siblings.
Since she seems like she wants to live a bit more of a normal, private life, we can say that her Myers Briggs personality type is ISTJ. The description sounds like her, based on what we know about her: “Quiet, serious, earn success by thoroughness and dependability. Practical, matter-of-fact, realistic, and responsible.” Kendall seems totally devoted to her modeling career and she’s very inspiring in that way for sure.
Now we have Kourtney, the oldest Kardashian sister. We’ve seen the beautiful photos that she posts to her social media accounts and we’ve heard the many hilarious things that she has to say on Keeping up with The Kardashians.
Based on that, we could say that she’s an ENTP. The descriptions that sound like her are, “Quick, ingenious, stimulating, alert, and outspoken.” She has said so many gems on the famous family’s long-running and very popular reality show, including, according to Buzzfeed, “I am the view” and “I don’t think normal people hate the people that they’re with this much.”
Khloe Kardashian is also an ENTP, just like her older sister, Kourtney. Why? Because if being “outspoken” is one of the ENTP’s personality traits, then this absolutely applies to Khloe Kardashian as well.
Those of us who are long-time viewers of KUWTK know that Khloe and Kourtney say really amazing things. Of all the hilarious things that Khloe has said over the years, we love this one: “You know why she’s the most Googled person? Because she was Googling herself.” She also said to Kim once, “I’m surprised you’re not home checking your Google Alerts.” It’s almost too good, right?!
When we hear the Myers Briggs description of ESFP, it definitely sounds like Kim Kardashian West: “Outgoing, friendly, and accepting. Exuberant lovers of life, people, and material comforts. Enjoy working with others to make things happen.”
We’re big fans of Kim because she seems friendly, she loves her family, she often seems like she’s in a good mood when we see her social media posts or watch her in interviews, and she seems to enjoy going out and attending fun events. If this sounds like us, too, then we can be super excited that we have the same Myers Brigg personality type as Kim K.
Finally, we have Kylie Jenner, who has starred in her own reality show Life of Kylie, created her makeup line Kylie Cosmetics, and is a new mama to the adorable baby girl Stormi.
When we read the Myers Brigg personality type description for INTJ, it seems like it’s practically screaming Kylie: “Have original minds and great drive for implementing their ideas and achieving their goals. Quickly see patterns in external events and develop long-range explanatory perspectives. When committed, organize a job and carry it through. Skeptical and independent, have high standards of competence and performance – for themselves and others.”
Kylie is a total girl boss and it’s awesome seeing what she accomplishes.
